    Airport Pick-up Service

    To assist newly arriving international graduate students, the Graduate School coordinates transportation to Auburn from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). For designated arrival dates prior to the start of Fall and Spring semesters, this service is offered for a fee due at the time of registration. The airport pick-up service is coordinated utilizing various resources including the commercial shuttle company Groome Transportation, local volunteers, and university-based transportation services.

    Student - $32
    Spouse - $32
    Children Age 2 and Under - Free
    Children Age 3 to 7 - $18
    Children Age 8 and Up - $32

    To register for the airport pick-up service, complete the form below, then you will be re-directed to the payment portal to finalize the registration process.

    Alternate Shuttle Arrangements

    If you are unable or do not wish to utilize the pick-up service coordinated by the Graduate School, you may want to make your own reservation with the commercial shuttle company.

    NOTE: Flight Number consists of the airline code, which is 2-3 characters, followed by a 3-4 digit number. Examples are QR 755 for Qatar Airways flight 755 or B6 2719 for JetBlue flight 2719

    Shuttle baggage policy is different than airline baggage policy. For shuttle passengers, two suitcases plus a small personal item (purse, backpack, laptop case etc) are allowed at no charge. Carry on size suitcases must be included in the overall baggage count.
    Please complete the baggage information accurately. Baggage over the standard allowed limit of 2 suitcases includes a charge of $25 per bag.
    If your actual baggage exceeds what you have indicated upon registration, you may be charged extra or denied shuttle service at the time of boarding.  

    How many bags will you the registrant have, INCLUDING carry on size suitcases? NOTE: If you are adding family members to your registration, do not count their bags in this reply.  You will answer a question below regarding baggage for additional passengers.
